This family has so much heart that they’re always a joy to be around. About a week ago I spent an afternoon hanging out with the whole family, including their four furry friends. It brought me back to my childhood when I would spend hours on our trampoline in the backyard.
The sun went down on us faster than expected but we still got some great shots. Here are a few of my favorites…
Visiting with friends I haven’t seen in years is always a treat. This time was even more special because I got to play with their oldest child who had just been born when we worked together some years ago and because I got to meet their youngest for the first time. It was a delightful morning in which it seemed we had the whole town to ourselves.

While visiting family last week I had the pleasure of photographing my youngest niece in a neighbors yard. They had the most amazing fall colors and classic white picket fence. It was a new place to discover and great fun to play in all the leaves! Here are a few photos from the day…
